Welcome to BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms, which align with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic’s relationship with you in relation to this website. – “Client (s)” means any person receiving treatments or products from BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic.

The information contained on our website is general and subject to change without notice. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness or timeliness. Unauthorized use may give rise to a claim for damages. External links are provided for convenience and do not signify endorsement.

We use all reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information we provide to you, however the information on our website is not comprehensive and is intended to provide a summary of the subject matter covered.

We recognise that you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law which forms part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (ACL) but, to the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we make no warranty regarding the information on this website. We are not liable to you or anyone else if interference with or damage to your computer systems occurs in connection with the use of this website or a linked website, save for instances of our fraud, negligence or wilful misconduct. You must take your own precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use from our website is free of viruses or anything else (such as worms or Trojan horses) that may interfere with or damage the operations of your computer systems.

We may, from time to time and without notice, change or add to the website (including the Terms) or the information, products or services described in it. You may need to be a registered user to access certain features of our website, including the Online Customer Portal (Portal). Your use of the Portal for bookings and/or purchases is subject to the Booking and Purchase Terms at Booking and Purchase Terms and Conditions.

Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience and may not remain current or be maintained. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content on those linked websites and have no control over or rights in those linked websites.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All data is handled per our Privacy Policy and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. Client information is never shared without consent unless legally required. We may collect personal information about you for purposes otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy.

If you consent, we may use photos/testimonials for promotional use. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn anytime in writing. Materials may be shared across media and edited as appropriate.

Our Privacy Policy: (i) how we store and use, and how you may access and correct your personal information; (ii) how you can lodge a complaint regarding the handling of your personal information; and (iii) how we will handle any complaint. Your use of this website and use of and access to any Content does not grant or transfer any rights, title, or interest to you in relation to this website or the Content. However, we do grant you a licence to access the website and view the Content on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and, where applicable, as expressly authorised by us and/or our third-party licensors.

Any reproduction or redistribution of this website or the content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. In addition, you must not copy the content to any other server, location, or support for publication, reproduction, or distribution is expressly prohibited.

We will not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage or liability that may arise as a result, save for instances of fraud, negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. No professional medical or healthcare advice

(a) You agree that the website and content is of a general nature and does not constitute professional medical or healthcare advice, diagnosis or recommendation of treatment and are not intended to, nor should they be used to, replace professional medical advice. In no circumstances should any content be relied upon without independent consideration and confirmation by a qualified medical practitioner.

(b) We make no representations or warranties with respect to any treatment, action, suitability or application of products (including medication) or preparation by any person whether based on the content or not. In no circumstances will we be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages arising from the same, save for instances of our fraud, negligence and wilful misconduct.

11. Liability

Subject to local consumer protection laws including the Australian Consumer Law, and any rights you may have under these laws, in no event shall we be liable for any direct and indirect loss, damage or expense – irrespective of the manner in which it occurs – which may be suffered due to your use of our website and/or the information or materials contained on it, or as a result of the inaccessibility of this website and/or the fact that certain information or materials contained on it are incorrect, incomplete or not up-to-date, save for instances of our fraud, negligence and wilful misconduct.

12. Jurisdiction and governing law

Your use of the website and these Terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in New South Wales.

General Clinic Rules

  • To ensure that all clients at BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic enjoy a relaxing and peaceful environment, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum in the treatment and waiting areas. Mobile phones, pagers and electronic devices are to be left in the privacy of your room and keep silent. We appreciate all your co-operations.
  • Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to change, fill out your treatment consultation form and undertake a comprehensive consultation with your therapist.
  • Running Late: Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time, so the next guest is not delayed. If you are running more than 30% of booked treatment time may result need to wait for the next available time OR may simply forfeit the treatment as no show if late more than 50% of booked treatment time.
  • Personal Belongings: It is advised and requested that all personal belongings should be left at home for security and that jewellery not be worn during your visit to our clinic. BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic will accept no responsibility for the safety of personal belongings brought into the clinic property.

At BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic, we believe in a safe, welcoming environment for everyone. We take our commitment to health and safety seriously and strive to create a safe setting for both our team members and you, our valued clients.  

Workplace law requires our team members to be free of threats, which include; sexual harassment, harassment, bullying or threatening behaviour.  

To create the safest space for our team members, we do not accept the above behaviour and anyone displaying this behaviour will be asked to leave our clinic. We also reserve the right to end a treatment or refuse treatment to anyone who is displaying these behaviours.  

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for allowing us to continue helping you feel more confident in your own skin!

Our Behavioural Standards

At BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic (BPLC), we take our commitment to health and safety seriously and strive to create an environment that is safe and without risks to physical and psychological health, including because of bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment and workplace violence and aggression.

As a client of BPLC, you have a right to expect an environment in which you are treated with courtesy and respect by our team members.

BPLC requires clients to behave in compliance with its behavioural expectations and to take reasonable care that their own acts or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of other persons such as BPLC’s team members.

BPLC reserves the right to cease service, or refuse service to anyone who breaches, or has breached, its behavioural expectations, including but not limited to persons engaging in:

    • Bullying;
    • Physical violence;
    • Aggression;
    • Sexual harassment; and

Sexual harassment is any unwelcome sexual advance, unwelcome request for sexual favours or other unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature, in circumstances where a reasonable person, having regard to all the circumstances, would anticipate the possibility that the person harassed would be offended, humiliated, or intimidated.  Sexual harassment can be overt, covert, or subtle and can include:

    • Unwelcome touching, hugging, cornering or kissing
    • Inappropriate staring or leering
    • Suggestive comments or jokes
    • Using suggestive or sexualised nicknames for co-workers
    • Sexually explicit pictures, posters or gifts
    • Circulating sexually explicit material
    • Persistent unwanted invitations to go out on dates
    • Requests or pressure for sex
    • Intrusive questions or comments about a person’s private life or body
    • Unnecessary familiarity, such as deliberately brushing up against a person
    • Insults or taunts based on sex
    • Sexual gestures or indecent exposure
    • Following, watching or loitering nearby another person
    • Sexually explicit or indecent physical contact
    • Sexually explicit or indecent emails, phone calls, text messages or online interactions
    • Repeated or inappropriate advances online
    • Threatening to share intimate images or film without consent, and
    • Actual or attempted rape or sexual assault. *(Refer to SafeworkAustralia)

Some types of sexual harassment could also be a criminal offence. Sexual harassment constituting criminal conduct will be reported to the police.

BPLC team members will not hesitate to call out behaviour that does not comply with BPLC’s behavioural expectations, and will take steps necessary to cease service and to refuse any further or future service(s).

BPLC team members are entitled to cease service or refuse to carry out service, if the team member has a reasonable concern that to carry out the service would expose them to a serious risk to their health and/or safety, emanating from an immediate or imminent exposure to a hazard.

Booking and Purchase Policy

Thank you for choosing us-BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic. These Booking and Purchase Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply when you make a booking and/or purchase through our website (https://www.beautypluslaserclinic.com.au) (Website), via telephone, or in-person at BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic.

By making a booking or purchase you agree to these terms with BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic. 

You should review these terms carefully and not proceed with a booking or purchase if you do not agree. You should also review the BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic Website Terms & Conditions and clinic Privacy Policy, which outline (as applicable) the additional terms that apply to the use of the website, and provide information on how your personal information is handled by BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic PTY LTD. 

1. Agreement

1.1 Formation of agreement with BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic

These terms are agreed between you and BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic.

You agree that you enter into these terms with BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic that you make an in-person booking with.

1.2 Client consent form

You agree that you will be required to agree to additional terms with BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic before you receive relevant goods and/or services, including (without limitation) the client consent form.

All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to treatment. We reserve the right to decline or delay treatments based on professional discretion or health risks. Clients must follow pre- and post-treatment advice.

1.3 Additional terms for particular services and promotions

(a) For certain services, campaigns, promotions, or contests, additional terms and conditions may apply. Please ask our friendly team members before purchases. 

(b) You acknowledge that if you want to receive certain services or participate in a campaign, promotion, or contest, you agree to those applicable terms and conditions. In case of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these terms, those terms and conditions will prevail.

2. Accounts

2.1 General

To make a booking or purchase through the Website, you must register for, and hold, an account for your use of our customer portal (Account and Portal). You must not create an account on behalf of another person. To create an Account, you:

(a) must be at least 18 years of age OR must be 16 or 17 years old and have parental/legal guardian consent; Clients under 18 require a parent/guardian present for their first consultation and to sign consent forms. Some treatments may not be offered to minors without medical necessity.

(b) must possess the legal right and ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with us; and

(c) agree and warrant to use the Website in accordance with these terms.

2.2 Collection of personal information

(a) As part of making a booking and/or purchase, you will provide us with personal information, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details (such as your email and phone number). We collect personal information about you in order to process your booking and/or purchase, provide you with marketing materials, news, and promotional offers from us, and for purposes otherwise set out in the Privacy Policy.

(b) In addition to the information above, we may collect sensitive information (including health information such as health, medical conditions, treatment history, family health history, diet, and lifestyle information) from you, or others involved in your health, in order to provide appropriate goods and/or services to you.

(c) We may disclose your personal information and sensitive information to third parties that help us deliver our services (including IT service providers, and providers of marketing, market research, and consulting services) or as required by law. If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to provide all of our services to you. We may also disclose your personal information to recipients who are located outside of Australia, including to third-party service providers located in the New Zealand and United States.

(d) The Privacy Policy also explains: (i) how we store and use, and how you may access and correct your personal information; (ii) how you can lodge a complaint regarding the handling of your personal information; and (iii) how we will handle any complaint. (e) You must ensure any information you provide us is accurate and current.

2.3 Account Security

When you register and activate your Account, you can choose your username and password. You are responsible for keeping this username and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity carried out under your account.

2.4 Cancellation, no show, reschedule and suspension

(a) You may cancel or suspend your Account at any time by emailing: info@beautypluslaserclinic.com.au.Where you cancel or suspend your account, you will no longer be entitled to access. 

(b) We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account or your access to the portal, including any material (including all text, graphics, logos, audio, and software) made available to you through the portal (content), or any feature of the portal at any time, provided that we will seek to provide you with reasonable notice of such restriction, suspension or termination where practicable and having regard to the nature and circumstances of any potential breach of these terms.

(c) Without limiting paragraph (b), we may immediately suspend or cancel your account or access to the portal if:

(i) you are, or we reasonably suspect that you are, in breach of:

(a) these terms; or

(b) any applicable law;

(ii) we reasonably believe that our clinic, or are likely to be, in breach of law or brought into disrepute, as a result of the provision of, or your use the portal; or

(iii) clinic is required to do so in order to comply with an order, instruction or request of a regulatory authority.

(d)  To the extent that you object to the suspension or cancellation of your account or access to the portal under 2(c)(i) or (ii) above, you must lodge a written objection to info@beautypluslaserclinic.com.au within 30 days which we must then consider and respond to in writing within 30 days.

(e) Clients must provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations/reschedules. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee or forfeiture of prepaid treatments. Refunds are only provided as required under ACL. Where eligible, credit notes or exchanges may be offered.

3. Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information

Clinic use all reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information we provide to you, however the information on the portal and as otherwise provided to you is not comprehensive, and material clinic provide is intended to provide a summary of the subject matter covered.

We recognise that you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law which forms part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (ACL) but, to the maximum extent permitted by that law, we make no warranties or representations about the portal or the content, including warranties or representations that they will be complete, accurate or up to date, that access will be uninterrupted or error-free or free from viruses, or that the portal will be secure.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, including the ACL, save for instances of our fraud, negligence and wilful misconduct, we are not liable to you or anyone else if errors occur in the information made available to you, or if that information is not up to date. We may, from time to time and without notice, change or add to the information, products or services we provided.  However, despite best efforts, we cannot guarantee that information made available to you is always updated with the very latest information.

To the extent that we change our service offering, however, and you have pre-booked for that service, you will be able to cancel that booking and will be offered a full refund (for any pre-purchased services). 

4. Linked sites and resources

The portal may contain links to websites and resources operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience and may not remain current or be maintained. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content on those linked websites and have no control over or rights in those linked websites.

5. Bookings and purchases

5.1 Bookings (General)

(a) When you make a booking, you will be asked to provide certain information to assist us in finding an appropriate service for you. You must provide accurate and current information to us to ensure we can find the most appropriate booking for you.

(b) Appointments are required for all services and should be made in advance. Clients are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes prior. Late arrivals may lead to reduced treatment time or rescheduling. No-show policies apply. All bookings are subject to confirmation.

(c) While we will use our best efforts to ensure that we can deliver the relevant service at your booked time, subject to applicable law, we make no guarantee that we will be able to deliver the relevant service at the booked time.

(d)  If we cannot deliver your booked service at your booked time, we will use best efforts to find an alternative suitable time and, to the extent that we cannot find a suitable for both you and our Clinic, we will offer you a full refund.

(e) When you make a booking, you agree to pay in full the cost of those goods and/or services to our Clinic, including any taxes and charges that may apply.

(f ) All bookings placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by our Clinic and may be subject to change upon reasonable notice to you.

5.2 Website bookings

(a) You may book appointments via the portal through our website.

(b) After making a website booking, you will receive a communication from our Clinic confirming your booking.

5.3 Telephone bookings

(a) You may make bookings via telephone. We will advise you that your call is being used for the purposes of our Clinic providing goods and/or services to you and any conversations in relation to your arrangements with our Clinic.

(b) After making a telephone booking, you will receive a communication from our Clinic confirming your booking.

5.4 Purchases (General)

(a) When you make a purchase of goods and/or services you will be prompted to pay the relevant cost of those goods and/or services including any taxes and charges that may apply via the Website or telephone (as applicable).

(b) Except where prohibited by law, we may limit the number or type of goods and/or services available for purchase by you.

(c) With some of  the treatments such as laser hair removal treatments that include more than one area, for example the Brazilian & Underarms Package, areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments.

5.5 Refunds and cancellations

Subject to applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law, you agree and acknowledge that if you wish to change your booking or make a cancellation, your rights and obligations are set out in our Clinics Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

6. Medical disclaimers

6.1 No professional medical or healthcare advice

(a) You agree that the content is of a general nature and does not constitute professional medical or healthcare advice, diagnosis, or recommendation of treatment and are not intended to, nor should they be used to, replace professional medical advice. In no circumstances should any content be relied upon without independent consideration and confirmation by a qualified medical practitioner.

(b) Subject to Australian Consumer Law, we make no representations or warranties with respect to any treatment, action, suitability or application of medication or preparation by any person whether based on the content or not. In no circumstances will we be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages arising from the same, save for instances of our fraud, negligence and wilful misconduct.

(c) Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment before undertaking a treatment regimen.

(d) Clients must disclose any medical conditions or medications. Treatments require signed consent. Certain services may require clearance from a medical practitioner.

6.2 Adverse reaction policy

(a) We take pride in all of our doctors, registered nurses, and therapists, who are trained to the required standard. In the unlikely event that you experience a side effect, we will require reasonable time and information to investigate your concern.

(b) You must provide your full co-operation during this time, which may include (where reasonable) telehealth consultations for assessment and or review of your circumstances by relevant manager of our Clinic, and/or our doctors, registered nurses and therapists.

6.3 Suitability of goods

(a) Goods must only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the relevant instructions, precautions, and guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are suitable for you and seeking appropriate professional medical advice.

(b) Without limiting paragraph 6.3(a):

(i) you should always check the ingredients for goods to avoid potential allergic reactions; and

(ii) you acknowledge that not all goods are suitable for all skin tones. If using prescription medications (oral or topical), pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffering from a specific health condition, you should seek advice from an appropriate medical practitioner or therapist before adopting any new goods or regime.

(c) Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we give no warranty and make no representation, express or implied, as to the suitability, adequacy, or appropriateness of the goods for you or fitness of the goods for a particular purpose.

(d) If any minor uses any product purchased through the website, it should be only after the parent or legal guardian has discussed the product with the minor’s doctor. 

7. Intellectual property rights

(a) Unless otherwise indicated, we own or license from third parties all rights, titles, and interests (including copyright, designs, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights) in the portal and in all content.

(b) Your use of and access to the portal and any content does not grant or transfer any rights, title, or interest to you in relation to the portal or the content. However, we do grant you a licence to access the portal and view the content on the provisions of these terms and as otherwise expressly authorised by us and/or our third-party licensors.

(c) You may, from time to time, provide us with ideas, know-how, methodologies, comments, or suggestions relating to the portal and our services and products (Feedback). If you do:

(i) all intellectual property rights in the feedback, and anything created as a result of that feedback (including new material, enhancements, modifications, or derivative works) vest in, and are owned solely by, us; and

(ii) we may use or disclose the feedback for any purpose.

8. Liability

(a) To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding any matter including , fitness for a particular purpose or use in relation to any goods or services supplied by our clinic.

(b) These terms will not be read or applied so as to purport to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying the application in relation to the supply of any goods or services pursuant to these terms of all or any of the provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or the provisions of any other statute, act or law of any State or Territory of the Commonwealth of Australia, or any other applicable territory, which by law cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

(c) Subject to local consumer protection laws including the Australian Consumer Law, and any rights you may have under these laws, you hereby acknowledge and agree that our clinic and affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable with respect to, and you hereby waive, release, and agree not to take action against any of them upon, any claim for any loss or harm suffered or incurred by you in connection with, arising out of, or in any way related to, the provision of our services, including an allergic reaction, save for instances of our fraud, negligence or wilful misconduct.

(d) Results from cosmetic or skin treatments vary by individual. No outcomes are guaranteed. Our obligations remain under ACL for reasonable care, skill, and acceptable outcomes.

9. Jurisdiction and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and, where applicable, the laws of the Australian State or Territory in which our clinic is located. By agreeing to these terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in that State or Territory (as applicable).

10.Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Client feedback is welcome. Complaints should be submitted in writing and will be responded to within 7-30 business days. We comply with NSW Fair Trading dispute processes.

11. Updates

We may (in our sole discretion) modify, update or replace any or all of these terms from time to time by providing reasonable prior written notice of the update to the terms, including details of the relevant changes.

This notice may be provided via email, SMS or a message on the portal. Where the change materially and detrimentally affects your rights and obligations under these terms, you will be entitled to terminate these terms by emailing info@beautypluslaserclinic.com.au. Continued use of the portal, our goods and/or services following the reasonable notice period and implementation of the update shall be deemed acceptance of the new updated terms.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges Policy

When you purchase a good or service from us, you are entitled to certain guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms cannot exclude, restrict or modify these guarantees, and such guarantees will prevail to the extent of a conflict between these terms and the guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to law, you hereby acknowledge and agree that our clinic and affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable with respect to, and you hereby waive, release, and agree not to take action against any of them upon, any claim for any loss or harm suffered or incurred by you in connection with, arising out of, or in any way related to, an allergic reaction you suffer as a result of our services unless that allergic reaction is caused by our gross negligence or wilful negligence.

  • Product Returns

Please choose your products/treatments carefully as we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. (Comply with ACCC)

Returns accepted within 7 days for unused, unopened NEW products with proof of purchase. Refunds granted only if the item is defective, faulty, or breaches consumer guarantees. Client may need to pay any differences if exchanged items are more expensive. No refund for any differences or delivery fees. Any refunds given for out of stock items will be credited back to the same credit card on which the purchase was made.

  • Payment Terms

We accept cash, major credit cards, Amex (2% surcharge), and Afterpay/ZipPay (up to 6% surcharge). Payment is required at time of service or product purchase. 

  • Shipping & Delivery

Shipping will take 1-5 days for items in stock. Items which are not in stock will take 2-3 weeks. Should an item be unavailable for any reason, we will notify you ASAP within 5 working days, and a full refund will be given. Delivery is FREE to anywhere in Australia for orders over $200. If you order is less than $200, the standard delivery fee of $15 applies to anywhere in Australia.

Comparative Pricing Policy

All prices shown on our website or price list are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST. For overseas purchases, you will need to convert the total amount into Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may change without notice. Quoted prices apply only at the time of booking unless part of a confirmed promotion or package.

Prices communicated are on a pro-rata basis i.e. a single treatment. Treatments communicated may vary by week.

Refer a Friend Promotion

Refer a new client to us and receive a $50 gift card applied to both your account and theirs when they spend $100 or more in their first transaction, in accordance with these terms and conditions.​

Price Match Policy

At BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic, we will offer to match a competitor’s price for the same treatment provided it is using the same equipment and/or products and carried out by appropriately qualified staff.

We will match and beat by 10% the advertised price of any identical treatment within 5km radius. Conditions apply. Must be presented at time of booking. Excludes online deals, Groupon, or bulk coupon sites. The Price Match Policy ONLY applies to competitors that operate in the same suburb shopping centre or on the same shopping strip as the BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic the client is seeking to price match.

The Price Match Policy applies to all laser hair removal, skin services, and our clinic products in store. The Price Match Policy does not apply to Cosmetic Aesthetics or prices offered by any competitors’ on our products via an online shopping/retail website.

Clients must provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price which must be current when seeking to price match and BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic may take further steps to confirm the validity of the price to be matched. Clients may only purchase the same number of treatments as advertised by the competitor using the Price Match Policy, and if no maximum number of treatments is listed the number of treatments able to be purchased are limited to 3 per client.

Clients must mention the Price Match Policy at the time of purchase or at the time of paying for their treatment or product. The Price Match Policy will not be applied where the products and/or treatments have already been paid for or received.

The Price Match Policy does not apply to offers made by competitors from group buying, discount or coupon websites. 

Our Price Match Policy does not apply to our already discounted Full Body Laser Hair Removal treatments.

Gift Card/Voucher & Prepaid Treatments

These conditions apply to use of the BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic Gift Card (gift card), issued by BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic (BPLC).

Purchasing or using the gift card/voucher means that you accept these conditions.

BPLC may, in its complete discretion, refuse to sell gifts cards/vouchers to any person at any time for any reason.

If you let another person use your gift card/voucher, you must tell them that they will be bound by these conditions. The law of the state in which the gift card is purchased applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state where the gift card/voucher is purchased.

The gift card/voucher may only be used to purchase goods or services at the BPLC clinic from which the gift card/voucher was purchased.

Gift cards /credit notes /vouchers/VIP Membership cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

Anyone holding the gift card/voucher can use its value to make purchases so your gift card/voucher should be kept secure. If your gift card/voucher is lost or stolen, immediately report this to the BPLC clinic from which it was purchased. We may be able to stop gift card/voucher value being used, but take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of a lost or stolen gift card/voucher.

We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen gift card/voucher in our absolute discretion. Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Gift cards/vouchers will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards /vouchers to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.

We may cancel any gift card/voucher, or the gift card/voucher scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card /voucher of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card/voucher. The gift card/voucher remains the property of BPLC.

Gift cards/vouchers are valid for three years from the Date of Issue. Prepaid treatments & VIP Memberships expire 12 months from purchase (Gold VIP Membership Valid 18 months) and credit notes are valid for 6 months only. After the gift card/voucher, credit notes, VIP Membership and prepaid treatment has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of BPLC.

 

VIP Loyalty Program

These conditions apply to use of the BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic VIP Memberships issued by BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic (BPLC).

Purchasing or using the VIP Memberships mean that you accept these conditions.

BPLC loyalty program rewards frequent clients. Benefits may include complimentary treatments or discounts (approximately 1-5% reward points for every dollar spend, depending on the category). Terms subject to change. Points are valid 12 months for treatments (exclusive injectable) only and non-transferable and have no monetary value.

BPLC may, in its complete discretion, refuse to sell VIP Memberships or issue the loyalty reward points to any person at any time for any reason.

If you let another person, use your VIP Memberships, you must tell them that they will be bound by these conditions. The law of the state in which the VIP Membership is purchased applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement, you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state where the VIP Membership is purchased.

The VIP Membership may only be used to purchase services at the BPLC clinic from which the gift card/voucher was purchased.

VIP Membership cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

VIP Memberships expire 12 months from purchase. Gold VIP Membership Valid 18 months from purchase. After the VIP Memberships have expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Laser Hair Removal Packages

When laser hair removal areas are sold as a package, for example, the Female Half Legs, Brazilian & Underarms Package, areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments.

Full Body Laser Hair Removal Package Terms & Conditions

  • The full body laser hair removal package includes all of the laser hair removal areas offered by BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic, as set out in the marketing materials. This package does not include laser hair removal areas that are not currently offered by BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic. For example, scalp, eyebrows and ears.
  • Clients may elect to remove any area from their full body laser hair removal package.
  • Clients must advise the staff at the time of booking and upon arrival at each appointment of the area that has been removed from the package. No reduction in price is available where areas have been removed from the package.
  • Areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments.
  • Bookings must be made for all laser hair removal treatments.
  • Bookings for this package may not be available at all times on all days.
  • The package cannot be used between two or more clients. Photo ID may be requested.
  • The full amount of the package is payable prior to the commencement of any treatments.
  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Our Price Promise does not apply to Full Body Laser Hair Removal Packages. 
  • Pre-paid treatments must be used within 12 months of purchase. 
  • The terms of our Cancellations and Refunds policy apply to all treatments purchased.
 

Cosmetic Aesthetics

  • A $50 deposit is required in advance for all Cosmetic Aesthetic bookings.
  • You must be 18 years old or older to make a Cosmetic Aesthetic booking and/or receive a Cosmetic Aesthetic treatment.
  • Cosmetic Aesthetic treatments cannot be pre-paid.
  • Bookings must be made in advance.
  • Cosmetic Aesthetic clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our injectors.
  • Only the 15-minute consultations are complimentary, a consultation of 30 minutes or longer will attract a fee in accordance with the Cosmetic Aesthetics pricing schedule.
  • The price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used.
  • For legal reasons, the product names cannot be used in advertising. Please contact one of our injectors at our clinic for details.
  • Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment.
  • Packages cannot be split over appointments.
  • The terms of our Cancellations and Refunds policy apply to all treatments purchased.
 

CMSlim® / Body Treatments

The CMSlim® /Body Treatment procedure is not a treatment for obesity. As with any medical procedure, ask your physician if the CMSlim® /Body Treatment procedure is right for you. A consultation is required before a treatment, to deem whether you are medically fit and suitable for the treatment. The consultation is with one of our CMSlim® /Body Treatment approved therapists.

You will be required to complete a consent form and disclose any relevant medical information to is before receiving treatment. You agree to take responsibility for your disclosure, and for any failure by you, to disclose and relevant information.

The terms of our Cancellations and Refunds policy apply to all treatments purchased.

Skin Treatment Packages

The savings specified for each treatment package are calculated on the normal per treatment price and not pre-paid prices.

Clients may purchase as many skin treatment packages as they like, however payment must be made upfront in full and the terms of our refund policy apply.

The full amount of the package is payable prior to the commencement of any treatments.

Bookings must be made for each treatment within the package.

Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 24 hours’ notice will be deemed to have been taken and deducted from the client’s package.

Treatments included in each skin treatment can be exchanged for other treatments of the same RRP value.

An BPLC Therapist will advise clients on the recommended time frames for each treatment within the skin treatments purchased, however it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they book in their treatments in advance so that there are available appointments.

All treatments within the skin treatment packages must be redeemed at the clinic the skin treatment package was originally purchased.

All skin treatment packages have a 12 month expiry on redemption of treatments. 

Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

If we believe that additional treatments will reach the desired result, we will advise the client prior to the purchase of the skin packages.

Client’s use the clinic products included in the skin package purchased during their treatment programme.

Client’s must inform BPLC of their skin concerns prior to commencing all treatments/products and a consent form must be signed.

Client’s need to follow all at home protocols recommended by the BPLC Therapist. This may include BPLC skincares and dietary guidelines.

Please Note: At BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinics all our therapists are highly trained, professional, and capable of delivering excellent services. For this reason, we do not guarantee that any one therapist will always be available, and we do not book by therapist.
