What is Secret™ Laser Resurfacing?
Secret™ Laser Resurfacing uses 1540nm laser, which is a non-ablative laser that divides up light energy into micro beams that target surface skin cells and the mid layers of skin. These micro beams create deep narrow columns in the skin to stimulate the body’s natural healing response to form new healthy tissue.
The 1540nm fractional laser is exceptional in that it treats both the epidermal and dermal layers of the skin with no harm of skin. The laser improves skin tone, colour, and texture. Skin colour is more uniform and imperfections such as freckles, brown spots, broken capillaries, acne scars, and/or enlarged pores are reduced.
The non-ablative fractional laser beams are delivered as multiple columns in the dermis and primarily targeted to dermal water, which will induce collagen heating and dermal remodelling with no ablative effect on the epidermal layer. This gentle resurfacing process allows faster recovery and lower incident of postoperative side effects comparing with ablative lasers.

Treatments can be repeated every 2-4 weeks until vou achieve the desired results. We recommend startina with 4treatments. For severe skin conditions, an average of 5-8 treatments are recommended. Results can be seen from one tofour weeks after treatment.
