Secret™ RF Needling DUO
Secret™ RF Needling DUO offers dual non-ablative fractional technologies of micro-needle RF and 1540nm erbium glass laser in a single device as a total solution for your aesthetic treatments. These two technologies can work individually or in combination to give the optimal treatment flexibility to all clients.This new combined non-ablative fractional resurfacing technique makes it a much gentler process with significantly reduced recovery time comparing to the conventional ablative fractional laser.
How does it work?
Secret™ RF Needling induces dermal remodelling by applying precisely controlled RF energy directly into various depths of skin – from 0.5-3.5mm – with minimally invasive micro-needles to spare the epidermis and reduce the client’s downtime.
Is there any downtime?
Compared to other fractional resurfacing technology, Secret™ RF Needling Duo is able to deliver outstanding results with very little downtime. Clients can expect to have 1-2 days of mild redness after the treatment and we recommend that no makeup be applied to the treatment area for 48 hours – making it a perfect “weekend treatment”.
Does it hurt?
A topical anesthetic is applied to the skin 0.5-1 hour prior to treatment and most clients experience little to no discomfort.

What kind of results should I expect?
It is recommend that clients undergo a series of 4-6 treatments to achieve optimal results when it comes to skin tightening or scar revision.
The number of recommended treatments will be determined during your consultation. Some improvements will show 7-10 days after treatment including decreased pore size and luminosity.
The most dramatic results including skin tightening, and smoothing of scars typically show 3 months after your forth treatment.

Pair with Mesoestetic C.Prof 210 Depigmentation Cocktail solution– a powerful combination of active ingredients with corrective action of pigment disorders and anti-oxidant. It acts regulating melanin production and removing the melanin present in epidermal cells, responsible for visible pigmentation. It also contains antioxidant agents that regulate melanin overproduction.
Treatment of moderate hyperpigmentation (solar or senile lentigo) or PIH (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) in fair and medium phototypes (I-III). Evens out skin tone. Provides brightness and vitality.

1-5 days after treatment: Possible mild localised sweling and redness (tomato red), skin may feel like a bum aftertreatment, petechia on skin surface (tiny red dots) swelling immediately after treatment e.g acne pores can swell up.* Avoid all active skincare for the first 2 weeks after treatment. Such as AHA’s (Glycolic Acid), BHA’s, benzov peroxideRetinol, alcohol based topical skincare.
No makeup/spray/self tanning after treatment for minimum 24 hours and or until all the reactions are disappeared* Avoid heat of any source e.g. sauna, hot shower, solarium, blow drying hair and no exercise & swimming for 24 hours.* Avoid all kinds of the skin treatments/cosmetic tattooing/rubbing or stimulating the area treated for the first two weeks.* Avoid muscle relaxant/dermal filler injections for the treated areas for the first two weeks.。Avoid direct sun exposures for the first two weeks.
Use Gentle Cleanser and all the recommended aftercares from your therapist.
