What is Mesotox Therapy?
Mesotox treatment is a Mesotherapy rejuvenation treatment using a micro-infusion delivery system Dermapen® or Secret RF® Needling that uses microscopic gold-plated needles to microinject personalized therapeutics.
A Mesotox treatment can help:

The Mesotox treatment reduces the depth of existing wrinkles and prevents the appearance of new ones. Increases the effectiveness of botulinum toxin in the skin and over time extends its action.
Active substances
Active substances: PH 6-7 – Protein complex. Interacts with SNARE protein complexes, destabilizing them. A biochemical signal that leads to a decrease in muscle contractions, which makes the muscles relax. Prevents appearing new wrinkles.
Pentapeptide-18 – Reduces the depth of wrinkles caused by mimetic muscle activity.
Niacinamide – Stimulates collagen synthesis.
What’s the Difference Between Mesotox and Microneedling?
Traditional microneedling, also referred to as collagen induction therapy, is performed with a hand-held device to roll a series of ultra-fine needles over the surface of the skin. This process causes controlled injuries just below the surface of the skin, stimulating the body’s natural healing powers to increase production of collagen and elastin.
At BeautyPlus+ Laser Clinic, a Mesotox treatment takes the concept of traditional microneedling and enhances it by simultaneously delivering a customized rejuvenation cocktail. Who is the Ideal Candidate for a Mesotox Treatment?
A Mesotox treatment is suitable for all skin types and complexions, and ideal for adults of all ages. In line with all our elective cosmetic procedures, we do not recommend it for pregnant women or breast feeding. It also may not be recommended for people with certain skin conditions. What is the Aftercares Associated with a Mesotox Treatment?
There is virtually minimum downtime associated with a Mesotox treatment. The vast majority of clients can return to their daily activities as normal. Immediately after treatment, the treated area(s) may look slightly red, but the redness will subside within 24 hours.
How Long Do Results of a Mesotox Treatment Last?
The results of a Mesotox treatment typically last 2 to 3 months. Results can be maintained with periodic Mesotherapy treatments. Generally you may need 4 to 6 treatments for best skin tone improvement and acne scarring, and 6-8 treatments for stretch marks and deep scars. You will be given post treatment instructions on how to look after your skin in the following days after your treatment to maximise results and reduce the risk of complications.

The Dermapen™ penetrates and vibrates the skin at a speed of 108 per second, making 1296 micro channels per second. By creating these micro-punctures in the skin, it stimulates the collagen production, minimise the pores, reduce pigmentations, fine lines and wrinkles. Dermapen™ (skin needling) is used to treat and improve conditions like acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, lack skin elastin, uneven skin tone, pore size, brown spots, stretch marks, and pigment issues.

Treatments can be repeated every 4-6 weeks until you achieve the desired results. We recommend starting with 4-6 treatments. For scar reduction an average of 6 to 8 treatments are recommended. Results can be seen from one to eight weeks after treatment. Typically, you will see results after your first treatment followed by the recommended aftercares. Lasting and more significant results will occur after 6-8 treatments. To obtain the most results, we recommend to complement with the Mesotherapy treatment.
DON’T
• 1-5 days after treatment: Possible mild swelling, redness (tomato red), skin may feel like a burn after treatment, petechia on skin surface (tiny red dots) swelling immediately after treatment e.g fine lines can swell up.
• Avoid all active skincare for the first 2 weeks after treatment. Such as AHA’s (Glycolic Acid), BHA’s, benzoyl peroxide, Retinol, alcohol based topical skincare.
• No makeup/spray/self tanning after treatment for minimum 24 hours and or until all the reactions are disappeared.
• Avoid heat of any source e.g. sauna, hot shower, solarium, blow drying hair and no exercise & swimming for 24 hours.
• Avoid all kinds of the skin treatments/cosmetic tattooing/rubbing or stimulating the area treated for the first two weeks.
• Avoid muscle relaxant/dermal filler injections for the treated areas for the first two weeks.
• Avoid direct sun exposures for the first two weeks.
DO:
• Use the recomonded aftercares from our therapists including: gentle cleanser, soothing & repair creams, repair masks and clinical SPF50+ daily and all other recommended aftercares from your therapist.
• Use mineral makeup for sensitive skins.
